Greetings everyone! I am Ms. Grace, a dedicated reception year teacher at Benedetto XV International School. It fills me with pride to be a part of this exceptional team. With 18 years of teaching experience, I have devoted the past 8 years to working with young learners. Teaching is not just a profession for me; it is my true passion, particularly when it comes to enriching young minds through play and mindful experiences.

My educational background includes a study of Psychology, and I have a strong foundation in ESL teaching. I am CELTA and TEFL qualified, and I am also a Cambridge ESOL examiner. I continually enhance my teaching skills by attending teacher training courses in Mindfulness, children’s yoga, and interpreting children’s drawings. These additional qualifications have equipped me to be a more effective reception year teacher.

Beyond the classroom, my personal interests further contribute to my success as an educator. I have a deep passion for reading, love to travel and experience new cultures, enjoy dancing, relish in music, and find joy in baking. As a mother of two active boys, I draw inspiration from my own family life. All of these elements shape who I am as a teacher.

My ultimate goal is to make a positive difference by nurturing and educating tomorrow’s decision-makers. I firmly believe that teaching goes beyond imparting knowledge; it involves caring for each child’s well-being. Creating a healthy learning environment and motivating young minds is at the core of my teaching philosophy.
